I am a member but not receiving any of your daily advertiser emails. Why is this?
This is because you have not added support@sendearnings.com & rewards@sendearnings.com to your address book. Because we send mailings to thousands of members, sometimes large email providers such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc will block bulk mailings, so to ensure that you receive emails from us, you need to add support@sendearnings.com to your address book or safe book. Please do so now if you have not.
What are active members and inactive members?
Active members are members of SendEarnings and have confirmed their email address and click on paid email links and visit the advertised websites often. Inactive members are members who are not reading the paid emails sent by SendEarnings and have been deactivated due to inactivity. Members whose accounts have been deactivated cannot request or receive payment. If a member becomes inactive during a pending payment period, the payment request will be denied. Pending members are members who have signed up, but have not responded to the initial confirmation email yet. Members can set their account to "Vacation Status" to avoid receiving emails when they are going to be away from their computer for an extended period of time. Members can log in to their account and click on the "Vacation Status" button. However members in "Vacation Status" cannot receive a payment while their account is in "Vacation Status". Inactive members cannot earn any money or receive payments. Accounts in inactive status for some time are subject to deletion from our database and any earnings will be forfeited.
I did not receive my signup bonus?
All our U.S. members are eligible for the $3.00 signup bonus provided they complete their user demographics profile. This can be done through the Edit Profile link in the Members Area.
Why do we delete inactive members?
We delete inactive members because we get a lot of SPAM complaints from internet service providers from members who have not been clicking on our paid links for some time and do not unsubscribe. As a result, we have instituted the strict policy of inactivating members who do not read and confirm (by clicking on the paid link at the bottom of the email) at least one out of the last twenty emails received. Also, bounces or auto-responders will be dealt with by member deletion and inactivation. A member with an inactive account in this manner is able to login and reactivate their account. Please note that deactivated accounts are subject to deletion from our database, so please make sure that you are an active member. If you cannot be active for a temporary period of time, simply login to your SendEarnings account and set your account on "Vacation Status". Please note that members in Vacation Status are not able to have an approved payment request until they are active again. **Deleted members or those that have unsubscribed or made a SPAM complaint against SendEarnings will not be paid.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
Users may not create more than one Account with SendEarnings. In addition, we do not allow:
(a) More than one Account in the same Household
(b) More than one Account with the same Mailing Address
(c) More than one Account using the same Computer
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows SendEarnings to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from SendEarnings without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. To cancel your SendEarnings membership: Enter your username and password on the main page and choose "Cancel Account". This is the only method of unsubscribing. You may not cancel your account by emailing our support staff.
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and change the necessary data. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and username.
I live outside the US, can I be a member?
Yes, we welcome most international members. However, international members from countries whose native language is not english may not be eligible if they do not demonstrate a proficiency for English since the email advertisements will be in English.

Earnings Questions
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each email that is read and confirmed will credit a member with a specific amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so an exact amount for each visit varies. This may range from half a cent to ten cents for regular paid mails. The average paid email is usually worth two (2) cents.
Are my referral earnings working?
You receive $5 per direct referral once they cash out and receive payment for the first time at SendEarnings. You also receive a small percentage of earnings from some of the paid emails that your referrals read. Earnings for the paid emails may not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
When can I request payment?
Simply login and request payment after you have earned $40.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account has been maintained in good standing we will issue payment to you on a Net30 basis (Eg: If you request a payment in January and it is approved, your payment will be processed on the 1st of March except in special circumstances where it could take longer.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via a check or money order. The current minimum payment to receive a cash payment is 40.00. A $3 fee is charged for check payments.
What is the Gold Membership?
Members can purchase a Gold Membership and get extra benefits including unassigned referrals being randomly allocated to a Gold Member. Any member with earnings above the current rate listed for the Gold Membership can request a redemption for a free Gold Membership. The full amount available in that member's account will be deducted as long as it is above the amount required.
Offers Questions
How long does it take for an offer to show up in my account?
Most offers take anywhere from a few seconds to 5 business days to appear in your account depending on the offer. However, some offers take longer depending on the terms of the offer and the merchants involved. Please wait at least thirty (30) days to see if the offer has been credited before reporting it to the support department.

How can I refer other members?
Please use the Refer a Friend button in your members area to welcome your friends to our Free service that will pay them cash too! You may also place a link with your referral url to SendEarnings.com on your website if you have one. You may add your referral url to your email signature. Your referral URL is located on your main Member Page when you login to your account.
